Ok .. I am in my late 20s. Last year at this time I had) a bad resolution of Hemroids (internally and externally, which lasted several weeks. Before that I had a stroke Hemren maybe twice in my life. Now I have the luxury of moving to another badly. One, and it took about 6 days now. It started as not there be, perhaps badly, with mild itching and burning, then 4 days was enormous. It hurts like hell, have severe pain two days ago, sitting betterish now, but still painful to go to, or even a way. I feel very uncomfortable. No hemorrhage, bath salts and ice creams and wipes and temporary aid. I do not know what to do or even care. I read that it can be fixed, but nothing to heal others, then what do I do now. Heard and surgical procedures more than they are bad in and not worry about it by now, unless it is a bit heavier. But it sounds like something serious, since there is no blood and it's gotten worse than better in the day that I noticed. Or, ShouAP expect, and I am only doing what im doing? Has anyone any ideas, suggestions or should I consult a doctor? It stinks and it is shameful, but ... Somebodys to advise you get here. Thank you for reading.

I know for a fact that is extremely painful hemroidectomy-op. Unless you have - not.
I suggest you eat more fruits and vegetables, and add Benfiber or Metamucil to your diet. I like Benefiber, because it has no meaning for them. This will help soften the stool, not to squint it. Drink at least 8 water in every day and is also a good idea to stay away from most processed foods and sugars. To get more whole grains and fiber to your diet.
Not a bad idea to consult your doctor. He or she may have more ideas to help you better.
